About the Founder

Johanne Dixon, the owner and founder of Integress Paralegal Solutions has what it takes to provide you with the accurate and thorough legal services you need and more importantly, can rely on and trust.

She has built a strong foundation for her career by acquiring a solid education from Seneca College. This is where she mastered the general principles of law, received theoretical and practical legal services training, and studied legal ethics and business practices. She graduated with two industry-recognized and respected diplomas from the Paralegal and the Law Clerk programs.

However her education does not stop there. Ms Dixon also earned a Labour Law Certificate from the prestigious University of Toronto Faculty of Law and an Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate from Seneca College.

Johanne Dixon has worked in the public sector for the Department of Justice, Ontario Regional Office and the Ontario Court of Appeal and for several private sector law firms including Paterson, MacDougall and Cooper, Kleinman.

She has also provided legal services for large and small businesses, and was employed in the legal departments for the University of Toronto Faculty Association and the TD Bank. This is where Ms Dixon used her legal knowledge and expertise to establish administrative practices, information and database management systems and currently holds a position as treasurer on a board of directors for a non-profit organization.

In order to provide you with exceptional legal services, Johanne Dixon stays on top of changes in the legal industry she regularly attends training seminars offered by the Ontario Bar Association and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
