How much do your services cost?
Because each case is different, the cost of our services is determined by the work involved. We will provide an estimate up front and advise you if there are additional costs before proceeding.

Is a retainer required?
In most cases a retainer is required. An invoice for the legal services rendered, including fees and disbursements will be sent to you on a monthly basis provided that there was activity on your file in the month that precedes the statement. Please contact us for more details.

Do you work on a contingency basis?
Generally no. We provide an estimate for our affordable services up front. Your retainer details a manageable payment schedule.

Do you offer flat rates?
Yes, some of our services have affordable and convenient flat rates. We'll let you know if they apply to your case.

Do you offer special rates for repeat or ongoing business arrangements?
Absolutely!

Do you accept American clients?
Yes we do.

How do I make payment?
You can send a cheque or money order by mail made payable to Integress Paralegal Solutions. Or you can pay electronically with an email funds transfer via PayPal or through any Major Canadian Financial Institution to accounts@integressparalegal.com

How will I know if my case requires a lawyer?
We will be the first to let you know. If you need one, we can also help you locate the right lawyer for your particular case.
